18. Making changes in Payroll configuration parameters including Approver Hierarchy
19. Process Loan application & Entering in payroll Software
20. Process application for advance salaries & entering in payroll
21. Preparation of Attendance Reward
22. Salary Preparation 
23. Preparation of JD's
24. Preparation of KPI's
25. Organizing Company’s Events (e.g. Employee Birthday, Company Official Trip, Annual Function)
26. Training and Development
27. Liaison with IT and BPR/ERP Department for addition and deletion in Company own ERP Implementation.
